    Pellet size is approximately 1/8".
There may be smaller and larger pellets present other than specified size.
If small clumps of unpelletized product are present, these can easily be broken apart or allowed to soften and sink, giving your bottom feeders a nibbling treat!
There may be some color variations among pellets with some lighter than others.
    Most pellets will float.
    About 20% may sink.

Feed koi and other pond fish daily, preferably at the same times each day, when water temperature is consistently at or above 50º F.  Fish will require more than one daily feeding if there is no other food source in the pond. Do not overfeed. Fish excrete what they eat.  Overfeeding may result in oxygen depletion of water. Always follow feeding guidelines for your size pond and number of fish you are feeding.  Discontinue feeding koi and other ornamental pond fish when water temperature falls to 50º F during the cool feeding season.
