    Description

    Model M1 bayonet. This bayonet made during the 1950's was used with the M1 Garand. This was contracted for by the U.S. for issue to Greece under the Military Aid Program in the mid 1950's.  Manufactured by E & F Horster of Solingen, Germany.
    This bayonet shows normal wear and was covered by Cosmoline. Preservative has been wiped away.
